Personal Data Processing Policy
1. Operator
The personal data operator is sole proprietor Nikolai Shulyaev, TIN 132813136187, OGRNIP 326130000016309 (the “Operator”, “we”). Data questions: [email protected].
This policy covers data the Operator receives through swagasecurity.com and is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.
2. What data we process
Through the request form: your name (if provided), a contact for reply (Telegram or e-mail) and the text of the request exactly as you sent it.
Automatically: technical request data (the page the form was sent from). Site cookies are limited to the language-choice cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) and are not used for profiling.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Form data is processed for one purpose: to answer your request — prepare a quote, arrange a call or an audit, and continue the related correspondence.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(1) of 152-FZ), given by ticking the checkbox when submitting the form. The form cannot be sent without it.
4. Storage and sharing
Requests are stored on the Operator's server and duplicated as a notification to the team's private Telegram workspace. If you share a Telegram handle, note that the messenger is a third-party service with its own processing terms.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Only the SWAGA Security team has access to requests.
5. Retention
Data is kept until the purpose is fulfilled (the request and related communication are closed), but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, or until consent is withdrawn — whichever comes first.
6. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, demand its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent at any time (Art. 14 of 152-FZ).
To do so, write to [email protected] or to @swagasec_bot on Telegram from the contact given in the request. We will delete the data and confirm within 10 business days.
7. Changes to this policy
The current revision is always published on this page. For material changes we update the date and revision number in the header.
